Lan Fan eyed him, “That is two and a half inches.” She snapped, then sighed. She felt strange yelling at the young lords body. Lan Fan sighed and turned to look at the rice she was measuring, “Do what you want. You will not listen to me anyway.” She grumbled, and poured the rice into the rice cooker, shutting the lid, then looking at him, catching him staring at her. She blinked. 

When Lan-Fan turned around to begin cooking, he couldn’t help but stare at her. Something was different about her; but he couldn’t name it. She wasn’t like most girls, he knew that much. She was a girl who stood up for herself and held no shame. He didn’t realize he was staring at her until he noticed the awkward silence. “What do you want.” He asked with a snarl, slightly embarrassed that he was caught. 

Lan Fan felt a smile twitch at her lips when she caught him. “Nothing at all.” she said, then turned back to what she was doing, then realized she had nothing to do. She awkwardly stood there, frowning and mentally kicking herself at this stupid deal she had made. she watched the homunculus out of the corner of her eye. He did not…Seem so bad. Yes, he was rude, and rough around the edges, but he was not better than her grandfather. Lan Fan was a girl who knew how to deal with things, and she could certainty handle a egotistical, pig headed homunculus.

She looked up at him, looking at his vibrant eyes and didn’t notice her blush.
